I am a practicing artist and aspiring art therapist who believes that art can play a powerful role in helping us process and communicate what is difficult to put into words. Beneath everyday experience lies a landscape of emotions, both heavy and hopeful, waiting to be recognized. Through mixed media, I combine textures, imagery, and materials to reflect the layered and often contradictory nature of human experience.
My process shifts depending on the medium, but it often begins with a feeling rather than a clear image. I work quickly and intuitively, allowing ideas to take shape through repetition and small studies before developing them into larger pieces. My work is a collection of fragments, textures, images, and moments over time, assembled into layered compositions that leave space for viewers to piece together meaning.
Drawing from my lived experiences, I use visual language to explore and communicate the complexities of being human. This approach aligns with my goal of becoming an art therapist and supporting others in exploring their own inner worlds through creative expression. By creating space for reflection and interpretation, I hope my work encourages understanding, healing, and personal growth.
